Objective scoring is the score we assign to a team based on the OKRs that they own. All teams are assigned one of the following statuses:
This team has accomplished their OKRs, invest more resources into this team to throw gasoline on the fire or raise result targets.
The OKRs that this team owns are on track to reach target values by the end of the assigned time periods.
The OKRs that this team owns are off track and their results may not reach target values by the end of the assigned time periods.
The OKRs that this team owns have had a net-negative impact on KPIs, this team should pivot it's mission immediately.
The OKRs that this team owns have not been assigned KPIs
A status of a team is calculated as the average status of all the OKRs that it owns, not including OKRs with the "Not started" status.
This is the score assigned to the team itself, this score is a good indicator of how well a team can support it's child teams.
This is the average score of a team's child teams, this is a good indicator of how difficult it will be to change the score of the team.
